Courses can vary:


  • 8 week   (1 and 1/2 hour sessions with course note
  • Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation workshops (1 - 3 hours)
  • One on One coaching
  • Graduate courses
  • Pilates and Mindfulness Meditation Retreat Days

All courses can be tailored to group or individual needs.


There is always an opportunity for inquiry and feedback helping to create the possibility of positive outcomes for participants.


Courses are designed to give you the skills required to establish and continue a daily Mindfulness and Meditation practice by yourself and access the benefits thereof. Once learnt Mindfulness and Meditation is something you can access easily for the rest of your life, at any time you choose. It costs nothing and you need no special equipment just a little time.


Monthly or bi-monthly support and follow up sessions are available on request.

1.     8 Week Mindfulness & Meditation Course

Dates: MONDAY EVENINGS: 7.30pm – 9.15pm: 30 April - 2 July 2018

(no lessons 7/28 May)


8 sessions (1 hour 45 mins duration). £20 per session payable in advance (£160 total). 
Includes notes and downloadable meditations. Beginners welcome or clients who wish
to refresh their practice.
